  • Can I have more than one site?

    If you choose a Standard plan, it is indeed possible to integrate our service into several Web sites (you would have to create several accounts). However, the most important thing is to ensure quality integration to portray a reputable image to potential customers.
    If you choose a Premium or Gold plan, there is little interest in creating several separate Web sites, since your different sites will all be similar. It would thus be better to concentrate your communication efforts on a single site.


  • Can I have an ad section on my existing site (Standard plan), and a separate site provided by you (Premium plan)?

    Yes. You simply have to create two accounts, one for each ad service.


  • My site is only in English, can I still use this multilingual ad service?

    Yes, of course. Integrating our service does not modify your existing site in the least. You will simply offer a new service to site visitors, while receiving payment for each ad placement.


  •  How does the sponsoring system work?

    When you introduce the white-label-ads.com service to your friends, colleagues and acquaintances, you benefit from additional payments (up to 8,00 % for each ad placed on your sponsorees' sites).

    Here is how it works:
    • Enter your friends' or colleagues' contact details into the sponsorship form.

    • A turnkey solution
      Competitors services (white label) all provide a code to be integrated into your existing site. This is one of the solutions we offer as well (Standard plan), but it isn't satisfying for everyone. This solution doesn't work if you don't have a Web site, or if you cannot or do not wish to modify your site. Similarly, if your site does not have high traffic, your revenue will be limited, or even non-existent.
      We are the only network to offer a turnkey solution (Premium plan) so you don't have to do anything: we provide you with a totally separate site with search engine optimisation, and we take care of the creation, maintenance, hosting and even referencing. All you have to do is make your site known and... collect revenue from it.


  • Does the use of your ad service involve an exclusivity agreement?

    No. You are perfectly free to use Babel services and our competitors' services at the same time, although you will quickly notice that our solution offers a number of advantages compared to other solutions, namely much higher revenue.


  • "Who covers the ""publicity"" budget for my ad service"?

    The costs of publicising your site (and thus increasing your revenue) are of course borne by you (regardless of the plan chosen).
    The principle of the shared ad network is to offer the widest exposure possible, since each site in the network features all of the ads in the network, regardless of whether they were placed on your site or not. It is understood, of course, that you only receive payment for those ads that have been placed on your site.

    In terms of publicity, there is a direct connection between your payments and the number of ads placed on your site. Each affiliate can manage his site publicity as he sees fit. Some affiliates do little (or no) publicity, and consequently receive very few payments. Others publicise the site to maximise potential revenue, which is in everyone's best interest.

    For affiliates who do not want to concern themselves with publicity, we recommend the Gold plans, which include a permanent Google Adwords campaign fully managed by us, based on the budget defined by the affiliate. In such a way, affiliates have nothing, or next to nothing, to do to earn additional income.
    Our experience with this type of publicity enables us to manage our affiliates' ad campaigns as effectively as possible, with the same objective in mind: to generate the highest revenue possible in everyone's best interest.

    Naturally, affiliates can manage their own ad campaigns (most frequent), in order to control their budget on a daily basis, and allocate a higher budget during certain periods, for example. They can decide to reinvest a certain percentage of their payments, and also diversify their advertising media. But many other promotional means exist, and it is up to you to determine how involved you want to be publicising your ad service.

    Lastly, the About our offer page provides indications for determining the breakeven points of the different plans. You can thus make your choice based on the means you feel you can use to promote your site (links, referencing, Adwords, or other).

  • How much can I expect to earn with your ad service?

    Since the ads are multilingual, the average shopping basket is significantly higher than with competitor services. In fact, the average shopping basket observed (calculated in real time) is currently 69,08 GBP. Depending on the plan chosen, you will receive a payment of up to 75% for each ad, or an average of 48,36 GBP per ad. Based on one ad placement per day, the corresponding earnings are 17 651 GBP.


  • How can you offer payments of up to 80%?

    The principle of white-label advertising is a win-win situation: our sites enjoy increased exposure, receive more traffic and thus generate higher revenue. So we feel it is only natural for our affiliates to earn sizeable income from this service as well.


  • How can I find out my account balance?

    You can consult your account balance at any time by logging into your Customer Area. All transactions are recorded in real time and itemised in your account statement.


  • When are payments made?

    You can request payment for all or part of your account balance at any time, as soon as your balance is greater or equal to 100 EUR. Requests are made via your Customer Area. Payments are issued within approximately 15 to 30 days from receipt of your invoice.


  •  I am not a business. Are the earnings from my ads taxable?

    The answer is clear: in most countries, you are legally obligated to declare all of your income, regardless of the amount. It is incumbent upon you to declare it, and you alone are responsible should you decide not to do so.
    If you start to earn significant amounts, this activity could be considered professional. In this case, you need to take the necessary measures to register as a professional.

    Important remark: This holds true for any white-label service or affiliation platform.



Questions on the Premium and Gold plans

  • If I choose the Premium (or Gold) plan, can I publicise my new site?

    Yes. Yes, and it is highly recommended, as is anything you can do to increase your site's exposure (and thus your revenue).


  • If I choose the Premium (or Gold) plan, can I create links to my new site from my other sites?

    Of course. Anything that draws visitors to your site is useful, since it helps increase your revenue. We even provide banners that you can use on other sites.


  • If I choose the Premium (or Gold) plan, can I choose my domain name?

    You choose your domain name, subject to availability. The domain name is registered in our name, however, to prevent abuse (for example, an affiliate who makes his site known through our services, then decides to replace the site content with something else). In concrete terms, you cannot re-use this domain name for something else, but you remain the sole user for as long as you are subscribed.


  • If I choose the Premium (or Gold) plan, am I the owner of my domain name?

    No. But you enjoy the use of it as long as you are subscribed to the service. However, you cannot re-use this domain name if you decide to stop the site. That said, once the site is up, there is no reason to stop it, since it can only earn you money.


  • With the Premium (or Gold) plan, what exactly do I have to do?

    Nothing: we take care of everything! Your only role (but it is vital!) is to publicise the site to optimise return. If you have other sites, you can publicise on them, too: we provide a ready-to-use banner. Obviously, any means of publicising your site can only be used if you are legally entitled to do so:
    • E-mail signature
    • Presentation of your site in discussion forums (+ signature in your posts)
    • Link exchanges with other sites
    • Newsletter to members (if you run other sites)
    • E-mail shots (ensuring compliance with spam regulations))
    • Telephone canvassing (particularly real estate agencies)
    • Publicising on partner sites
    • Web advertising (like Google Adwords or Microsoft Adsense)
    • Flyers in shops
    • Free classified ads

    The most effective means are Web advertising (like Google Adwords) and direct canvassing (e-mail or telephone).


  • If I choose the Premium (or Gold) plan, will I have access to your FTP server to make changes?

    No, for obvious security reasons. With this subscription plan, we provide the site and it is not modifiable. You can only change the colours and logo, and add up to 10 links at the bottom of the page to increase your site's popularity. This allows you to do link exchanges with other sites and increase awareness of your site even faster.
    For each of these 10 links, you can indicate:
    • the URL
    • the link text
    • whether the link should appear on all pages, or just the home page

    We can provide a standard logo, similar to what you can find on the following site: Immo multilingue.
    You can also create and/or use your own logo.


  • What would my site look like with the Premium (or Gold) plan?

    Here is an example of the site of an affiliate who opted for a Premium plan.: example. With this site, you can customise the logo, banner and colours.     • PREMIUM 1 and GOLD 1 plans

    Yes. Our affiliates frequently choose to switch to a Premium or Gold plan, either because they've encountered technical difficulties, or (more often) because they realise that a site dedicated solely to ads has much more impact and encourages Web users to place ads.
    To switch from a Standard plan to a Premium or Gold plan, click on Subscribe and then choose the plan you want.


  •  When is the Standard plan NOT suitable?

    The Standard plan is NOT suitable in the following cases:
    • Your site has low traffic and/or is poorly referenced.
    • "Your site deals with a very different subject matter that does not suit a ""classified ads"" section."
    • "Your site does not have a ""professional"" look."
    • You do not manage your site yourself, and you do not have the technical skills to input the code.
    • You cannot (or do not want to) create a specific page for your ad service.

    If any of these situations apply to you, then the Standard plan is NOT suitable, and you will probably receive very low payments, since no one will place an ad on site that does not look professional. If this concerns your site, then a Premium plan will prove to be much more profitable.

    The multilingual advertising service we offer is meant to be a quality service. The average shopping basket is currently 69,08 GBP, but in return, advertisers expect quality service. So if you choose the Standard plan, the integration of your ad service has to be absolutely perfect to make Web users want to place their ads on your site.

    Put yourself in the shoes of someone selling a house or flat on the Web: would you place an ad on a non-specialised site? When Web users place an ad, they want it to be viewed as much as possible. That is why a professional-looking site is so vital. Otherwise, it is useless to integrate the service into your site, since no ads will be placed and you won't receive any payments.

    This is precisely why we created the Premium and Gold plans: you don't have to do anything. Your only job is to publicise your site (links, advertising, etc.).


  •  When is the Standard plan most suitable?

    The Standard plan is a good choice if your site has ALL of the following conditions::
    • Your site has high traffic and is well referenced.
    • Your site deals with a subject that could be of interest to visitors selling real estate.
    • "Your site has a ""professional"" look that Web users will trust."
    • You have the technical skill to enter the code and ensure the smooth integration of graphics into your site.
    • You can create a special page for your ad service.

    If you can answer yes to all of the above,, the Standard plan is no doubt the best solution for you.

    Otherwise,, we highly recommend opting for the Premium or Gold plan to optimise your return.



Technical questions

  • "Since the content of the ad service is the same for all affiliates, won't my site be blacklisted by Google for ""duplicate content"""?

    "No, because even though each site has an identical presentation, there are a number of dynamic and randomly generated features (such as the ""Latest Ads"" and ""Ad of the Day"" sections found on all pages). In other words, it is impossible for 2 pages to be identical, and thus there is no risk of ""duplicate content""."

    This is a very important point, something we are extremely careful about. The technique used for our ad service enables us to make instant updates to the code whenever search engine algorithms change.


  • I forgot my password. What should I do?

    In the log on page, click on Forgot your password?, then enter your e-mail and click on Send. You will receive your password by e-mail.


  • Where I do find the code to copy to my site?

    "If you have chosen the Standard plan, the code to copy to your site is available in the ""HTML code of the service"" section of your Customer Area."


  • What code do I use, and where do I copy it?

    To integrate our multilingual ad service into your site, you need to copy and paste a customised code to the desired location on your site. You then indicate (in the Preferences pages) the exact URL of the page on your site that is hosting the ad service.

    We have two versions of the code:
    • PHP code
      If your hoster supports PHP language (minimum version 4.1), which is often the case, we recommend using PHP code since it enables smoother integration into your pages. What is more, it is fully optimised for referencing: each ad will be progressively indexed in search engines for much greater exposure.
      If you use this code, the hosting page must use a .php extension. All you have to do is rename it.
    • Iframe
      If you cannot use PHP code, you can integrate the service into an iframe. Only use this code if you have no other choice, since the integration is not as smooth (scroll bars), and iframes do not allow for ad indexing in search engines.



  • I copied the code provided, but the ads are not displayed.

    More often than not, this problem is due to a default in your preference settings. If, for example, you copied the code to the page http://www.my-site.com/ads.php, you need to indicate this URL accurately in the field URL of your ad service section of the Your preferences. Otherwise, the service will not work.

    If the service still doesn't work, contact Customer Service with your customer number and the specifics of the problem encountered.


  • I don't know how to enter the code (Standard plan). Can you help me?

    With the Standard plan, integrating the ad service into your site is up to you. Since we don't know the technical specifics of your site, we can't help you beyond the indications provided in these FAQ.

    Our Customer Service is thus unable to answer specific questions on integrating the service into your site.

    If you are having difficulties, it is best to choose the Premium or Gold plan, which is specially designed to avoid technical woes: you don't have to do anything. You can upgrade at any time by clicking on Subscribe, in the left-hand column of your Customer Area.
